Terms of Service

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using any part of OnlineAIAds, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate any ad accounts you connect.

OnlineAIAds is a software service that helps you:

• Connect ad-platform accounts (currently ChatGPT Ads; Meta and Google planned for later quarters).
• Generate ad copy with AI based on briefs you supply.
• Install conversion tracking (Pixel + Conversions API) on the websites you own.
• Monitor campaign performance and surface plain-English recommendations.

The service is delivered as software. We do not run your ad campaigns for you, do not provide marketing strategy, and do not guarantee any business outcome. See our Disclaimer.

We currently sell a single plan at $39 per month (the "Founding Member" tier), available to early customers while only ChatGPT Ads is supported.

• When Meta integration ships (planned Q3 2026), the standard tier for new customers becomes $99/mo. Founding Members remain locked at $39/mo for as long as their subscription is continuously active.
• As we add Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok, the standard tier may increase to $149 and $199. Founding Members continue at $39/mo with no further increase.
• If a Founding Member cancels and re-subscribes, the price at the time of re-subscription applies; the lock is tied to a continuous active subscription.
• Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. We send a reminder email 48 hours before every renewal so you are never surprise-charged.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes where applicable.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including activity by anyone you share access with.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

You may not use OnlineAIAds to:

• Run advertising that is illegal in your jurisdiction, violates a connected platform's policies (OpenAI Ads, Meta, Google), or promotes fraud, harassment, hate, or harm.
• Access another customer's data or attempt to.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the service without our written permission.
• Send spam through any feature we provide.
• Interfere with the service or attempt to compromise its security.

We may, at our discretion, suspend any account that violates this section. Repeated or serious violations result in permanent termination without refund for any period during which the violation occurred.

When you connect an ad platform (OpenAI Ads, Meta, Google, etc.), you authorize us to send and receive data on your behalf using the credentials you supply. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Meta, Google, or any other ad platform.

• You own everything you put into the service: briefs, ad accounts, customer data, and the ad copy that the AI generates from your brief.
• We own the service itself: the software, models, infrastructure, designs, documentation, and trademarks. These remain our property.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the service for you.
• We will not use your data to train our AI models without your explicit opt-in.

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control: your offer, your audience, your spend level, market conditions, and each ad platform's algorithm. We do not guarantee any specific number of clicks, leads, sales, ROAS, or other outcome. Any examples or estimates we show in the product or on the marketing site are illustrative only, not promises.

See our Refund Policy for the full details. In short: you can cancel anytime from your account, we send a 48-hour reminder before every renewal, and you can request a refund within 14 days of any charge for any reason.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee zero downtime. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect paying customers. If we discontinue the service entirely, paid customers will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of their subscription.

• We can terminate your account for material breach of these terms (illegal use, security violation, non-payment after due notice).
• On termination, your access ends immediately. We retain data per the schedule in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from or relating to these Terms or the service — even if advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) US $100 or (b) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in that case our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless against any claim arising from (a) your use of the service in violation of these Terms, (b) advertising you launch that violates law or a platform's policies, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We do not require arbitration. We do not waive your right to bring small claims in your local jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms as the service evolves or law requires. Material changes will be announced to customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
