OnlineAIAds is a software tool. It helps you launch and manage ads, but it does not promise specific results, and it is not a substitute for your own judgment, professional advice, or compliance with the law and platform rules.

No performance guarantee

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control — your offer, your audience, your spend level, market conditions, and the algorithms of the ad platforms you connect. We do not promise any specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, sales, ROAS, or other outcome.

Any example numbers, screenshots, or estimates shown in the product, in marketing materials, or on this website are illustrative only. They are not predictions, projections, or guarantees of what you will achieve.

AI output is a starting point, not finished advice

The ad copy our AI generates is a draft suggestion based on the brief you provide. You are responsible for reviewing every generated output before publishing it. AI can produce factually wrong, misleading, off-brand, or non-compliant content. Before you launch any AI-generated ad, you should:

  • Verify factual claims (especially numbers, dates, prices, and product specs).
  • Confirm the ad complies with the policies of the platform where it will run.
  • Confirm the ad complies with industry regulations applicable to your business (healthcare, finance, alcohol, gambling, etc.).
  • Check that the ad reflects your brand voice and offer accurately.

We are not responsible for advertising that you publish, even if our AI helped you draft it.

Not financial, legal, or marketing advice

Nothing in the product, on this website, in our emails, or in any generated output constitutes professional financial, legal, accounting, tax, or marketing-strategy advice. We are a software company, not your advisor. For decisions that need professional judgment, consult a qualified professional.

Third-party platforms have their own rules

OnlineAIAds integrates with third-party ad platforms (currently OpenAI Ads; later Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), payment processing (Stripe), authentication (Clerk), analytics (Microsoft Clarity), and hosting (Vercel, Neon). Each of those platforms has its own terms of service, acceptable-use policies, and rates. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, not ours.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Stripe, Clerk, Microsoft, Vercel, or Neon. References to those companies and their products are for identification only.

External links

The website may link to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service. Clicking through a third-party link is at your own discretion.

Compliance with ad-platform policies is your responsibility

When you connect an ad platform, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that every campaign, ad set, ad, audience, and landing page complies with that platform's policies and applicable law. We do not pre-screen your campaigns and cannot prevent policy-violating ads from being submitted. If an ad platform suspends, restricts, or terminates your account for any reason, we are not liable for the consequences.

Service may change

We may add, change, remove, or discontinue features at any time as the product evolves. We aim to give reasonable advance notice for material changes affecting paying customers; in some cases (e.g., security fixes or third-party API changes outside our control) immediate changes are necessary.

Forward-looking statements

References on this website to upcoming integrations (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), roadmap quarters, or planned price tiers are our current intent — not commitments. We will ship them when they're ready, or in a different order, or substitute alternatives that better serve customers. Founding-member pricing terms in our Terms of Service remain binding regardless of the order in which we ship features.

Limitation of liability

The disclaimers above are reinforced by Section 12 of our Terms of Service, which limits our liability to the extent permitted by law. Please read those terms.
