Refund Policy

Our pricing promise, in one paragraph: no card required to start, one-click cancel from your account anytime, 48-hour reminder email before every renewal, and a 14-day money-back guarantee on any charge for any reason. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
We built OnlineAIAdsbecause too many marketing tools surprise their customers with charges. We're going the other way on purpose.
1. The 14-day no-questions money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of any charge for any reason. Email hello@onlineaiads.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund request"— that's it. No survey, no retention pitch, no escalation path you have to navigate.
The 14-day window starts from the date of the charge you want refunded, not the date you signed up. So if you're on month 6 of a subscription and decide to refund the most recent charge, you have 14 days from when that month's payment was processed.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from inside your account in one click. No email required, no DM required, no retention call required.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.
- You can re-subscribe at any time. (Note: Founding-Member pricing is tied to a continuous active subscription — see our Terms of Service for details.)
3. 48-hour pre-renewal reminder
Two days before any subscription renews, we send a clearly-labeled reminder email to the address on your account. The email contains:
- The exact amount and date of the upcoming charge.
- A one-click cancel link that works without logging in.
- A link to manage your subscription.
If you don't want a charge, you have 48 hours of advance notice to act. We will not silently renew you.
4. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5 US business days of approval. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear in your statement 3–10 business days after Stripe issues them. If you don't see the credit within 14 days of our confirmation email, write us and we will escalate with Stripe on your behalf.
5. Annual plans
If we offer annual billing in the future, the same 14-day window applies from the date of the initial annual charge. After the 14-day window, annual plans are refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused months — calculated as (total annual price ÷ 12) × (months remaining), rounded down to whole months.
6. What we don't refund
We refund the OnlineAIAds subscription itself. We do not refund:
- Money you spent on the ad platforms themselves (OpenAI Ads, Meta, Google). Those charges go directly from your card to the platform, not through us. Contact the platform for refund options.
- Third-party costs (domain registration, etc.) you incurred to use the service.
- Charges older than 14 days, unless we determine in good faith that an error on our part caused the charge.
- Accounts that we terminate for material breach of our Terms of Service (e.g., illegal advertising, abuse, or fraud).
7. How to request a refund
Send a single email to hello@onlineaiads.com with:
- Subject: Refund request
- The email address on your account.
- The date of the charge you want refunded (one is fine — the most recent).
- Optional: a one-line reason if you want to share (it won't change the outcome — we don't ask).
We typically reply within within 24 hours, US business days. You'll get a confirmation when the refund has been initiated through Stripe.
8. Disputes
If you ever feel the policy hasn't been honored, email hello@onlineaiads.com and we will personally resolve it. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are governed by our Terms of Service.
